Hi,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
Thank you for the query.

Shoulder pain can be due to various reasons. If you had a fall previously it is best to meet an orthopedician for further examination. Frozen shoulder that is due to prolonged immobility or age related. For which exercise and physiotherapy will help. Infection of the joint such as synovitis, can also present with pain. I would suggest you to meet your local doctor/orthopedician for further evaluation and treatment.

I hope this answers your query.

With best regards,
I find this answer helpful
