General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per your detailed history, it may be a fracture at wrist joint as you have severe pain and swelling. Kindly do X-ray of that wrist joint after consultation with orthopedician. You can take tab. Aceclofenac for pain and apply Diclofenac ointment or spray. Don't give much pressure over that hand or avoid wrist movement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
