Hi, I'm 53yrs male only my right leg has been bad lately ( months ) and calf muscle and thigh muscle are painful to the touch not immense just iI feel light pain when I try to rub it out, I have to rest it after one to two flights of stairs. Furthermore just walking for 50yards feels like the muscles are cramping up and hurts so much I have to stop and rest it before it goes completely away maybe 3 to 5min then it's ok but only 50yds and pain is back. What do you think is going on not really a drinker or druggie , I'm a swimming pool repair man....have no way to pay thanks anyway

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
Your history suggest of impending cardiac pathology.
I would advise to consult your physician and get evaluation for cardiac pathology.
In most of the cases medications alone will help a lot.
since its more related with your heart getting intervention done at earliest will provide good results.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Thank you.
I find this answer helpful
