General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have history of having hydrocele (bilateral), spermatocele & calcification in the right kidney. Presently, you are experiencing pain in the thigh and lower leg. Pain in the thigh may be due to complication of spermatocele and hydrocele that has affected bilaterally. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a urologist / surgeon, get blood workouts, urinalysis, imaging tests done.

You will be given conservative treatment but your treating doctor may suggest surgery. Get surgery done at the earliest for relieve. Stay away from addictions if any.

You can take NSAIDS, Naproxen or Combiflam, one SOS after food to ease pain. this is only for symptomatic relieve. Neglect will lead to further complication of symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
