Suggest Treatment For Pain In Throat While Swallowing

hello, I swallowed a lays chip few days ago... it was a sharp piece and I felt a sharp pain when I realized it. three days later my pain still same when I try to swallow. also my throat is very dry and I constantly drink water. should i visit my doctor?

Detailed answer - As per your query after swallowing chips you felt some sharp piece in neck and it started paining and difficulty in swallowing is because that chip causes scratching inside the throat and possibly that piece has somehow gets embedded in throat and which is acting as foreign body there and continuously attracting bacteria and other microorganisms there.

I would suggest you to drink a lot water and liquids. If its gets the right path it will remove on its own. Otherwise seek medical attention if its not getting better in a week. Visit otolaryngologisy particular ENT specialist who deals in this . Get fibrooptic scan done and get it removed.
