A couple of days ago I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend (we are both males) and right after the tip of my penis hurt and I didn't think anything of it. But the pain (primarily at the very tip of my penis) has been slightly increasing and I have been urinating more often. This morning when I woke up there was a whiteish discharge covering the tip of my penis (didn't look like semen). It does hurt when I urinate and hurts a little when I ejaculate. The pain is worse during the day but mellows out a little bit at night. I've never had any STD's or anything like that and as far as I know neither has my boyfriend. I'm not sure what it is especially since it started hurting immediately after sex. Going to the doctors in the next day or so if it doesn't clear up.
