Hi My Name Is Caroline I have a problem with my joint in my big toe on my left foot, the doctor I saw said it was a build up of fluid and it was pushing on nerves, but didn t give it a name or how to treat it, other than to have a cortazon injection for the pain but that wont fix the problem, I walk 8 hours every day for work and wear work boots the pain is so intense it goes up to my ankle and sometimes into my knee. other than to stop walking on it which means to stop work what can I do.
