Suggest Treatment For Pain In Tongue And Sinus Area Behind The Nose

I had the 2top teeth feeling pressure but no pain , a few days after my 1 yr old granddaughter hi me in the mouth with her head while we were playing last week..it went from pressure in my two front teeth , to pain and very sensitive to touch... I used ambesol, and orajel , too much i think, because after it wore off, the next day , the pain moved to my tongue on the left side, and my neck , where a dr would feel your glands for a cold ?? And also pain goes from ALL THE TEETH ON THE LEFT SIDE now, up to the sinus area beside my nose..... It s miserable... And also, ive been really tired lately, and vomited for no reason last night... Not sure any of this is related ... Thank you , joyce

Hello ,

Thanks for consulting HCM

Read your query as you have pain in tongue and pressure in upper front teeth this can be due to trauma in periodontal ligaments , sinus related . Dont be worried so much for this I will suggest you to consult oral surgeon for examination and investigation like Iopa xray of front teeth for evaluation . Inmeantime avoid chewing from front teeth , do warm saline rinses . If pain you can take medicine like Amoxicilin and metronidazole by consulting with local doctor .

Hope this will help you .
