Suggest Treatment For Pain, Itching And Swelling On Ankles After Spider Bite

I believe I was bit by a spider, I had the same reactions last year as well when I was bitten then. I am in St. Helena Ca. I was bitten on the ankle and above my waist. The one on my ankle is the most painful, some minor swelling and itching, which is worst when out in the sun when working or have same effects when taking a warm bath. The ones on my side just itch.

Hello and thank you for your question!
First of all it is neccesary to be sure if it was a spider bite that caused your problem.Usually the spiders bites leave small puncture marks on the skin.
You should check the area and see if there is any presence of a tiny hole, is there any lump formation,if so is it filled with fliud its red and swollen.
If you localize the puncture spot you should clean the area of the bite and apply an ice pack to it to reduce inflamation and swelling.
For small type of bites, it is reccomended to take pain medications, antibiotics, and antihistamines for any allergie reaction possible.
For further evaluations its reccomended to go to the emergency care unit of your local area.
