Suggest Treatment For Pain On My Spine Starting From The Base Of My Neck
I have pain on my spine from the base of my neck to my tail bone. The hotspot of pain seems to be coming from a lump in the middle of my back on my spine. Pain feels like severe bruising. I can not tolerate anything, even my shirt touching the lump

You should get that lump evaluated by a neurosurgeon or a general surgeon and MRI spine may help with bony abnormalities, any nerve compression as well as local skin or muscle changes or any abnormal growth. Biopsy may be needed in such cases as well. Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful.
