Suggest Treatment For Pain On The Tongue And Discomfort While Swallowing

i woke up this morning with a raw tongue. when i brush it off with my toothbrush it bleeds a little. what is the best thing or things i can do to ensure it heals in timely manner. eating and swallowing is a little uncomfortable as well. i don t have a clue what a may have done or eaten yesterday that has caused this rawness or irritation. please advise if you have seen or heard of this before. thanks.

Hello
You either have consumed a hot or very spicy food, or it may result from vitamin B complex deficiency, or oral thrush I would suggest you apply triamcinolone cream, and start vitamin B once a day
