General & Family Physician 's  Response
Following Lap or any other cholecystectomy, patients experience pain for quite a while. It may due to many reasons. First try cutting the fat content in your food. Replace with fibres and try taking small meals multiple times a day. If the pain is due to bloating following a meal the above should help you.
Secondly how are you sure that the surgeon has dropped stones behind your liver? Because usually such a thing doesn't happen.
You can also try to add enzyme supplements with meals. Something simple like Unienzyme.
