Suggest Treatment For Pain Radiating From Spine To Shoulder Blades

Hi, I am 57 years old. I had a tetanus and a flu shot for the first time two months ago. A few weeks after I could hardly move my neck and there was a hot spot between my shoulder blades, seemed to be deep in my spine and pain was going from this spot to the occipital point in my head. I had a very bad headache and a tingling down both arms. It went away after a couple of weeks. Went to two doctors, one said I had a neck sprain, the other said I had tension! It is back now and I can feel this in my back again, feels like in my spine. Do you have any suggestions? Please and thank you. Deborah
