Suggest Treatment For Pain Throughout The Body And Difficulty In Breathing

I have pain through my whole body and pain in ches and ribs and neck and , very painful to breath . when i try to breath in have tightness and pain iin chest , ribs and back of shoulders and my whole even when laying down , trying . to sleep. have had for a long time a deep cough and when I cough I lose breath. my whole body thros with pain all day night especially in lower back, find it hard to move around and doo do my day to day chores. can you help. thankyou

As you mentioned you have problem of chest pain and difficulty in breathing that may be because of respiratory infection or lung problem or other reasons.

Auscaltation of respiratory sound helpful in diagnosis.
Chest X ray can done for further diagnosis.
Consult a pulmonologist for further diagnosis.
Blood test and sputum culture test helpful for diagnosis.
Start a treatment as per reason behind it..
Cough expectoral can use under doctor's suggestion.
If infection is present than start proper antibiotics under doctor's suggestion.
Drink more water.
