Suggest Treatment For Pain Under The Rib Cage

hi I have a dull sometimes sharp pain below my left arm on my rib cage. I felt also a rice size lump abit bigger, that is painful. I have just been told by consultant that I have calsification on my scar where I had breast cancer 18 years ago and they noticed to that I have swollen lymp nodes. I am worried

Hi welcome to HCM...

You have positive history for breast cancer for which operation done according to your history...

You needs to investigate with x ray and FNAC from swollen lymph node ....
It will help in reach up to diagnosis.....

According to cause treatment given....
The swollen lymph node could be reactive enlargement secondary to infection or malignancy .....

If cytology (fnac ) inconclusive than biopsy needed for histo pathological examination..

Advise : consult general surgeon for examination.....
