Suggest Treatment For Pain Under The Right Rib Cage

i have severe pain on my right side, ribs, under breast and goes through me to the back, like a spasm or stitch, if you will. should i be concerned it is my gall bladder or kidney? i presume it is a spasm,. i can not lay down either, only able to sit up

Pain under right rib cage can be due to gall bladder, liver or kidney related disease. Please get an ultrasonography done to detect it early.
