Suggest Treatment For Pain, Vomiting And Difficulty To Urinate

I had a kidney stone episode yesterday, very painful, with vomiting and an inability to urinate. the ER treated the symptoms and relieved the pain, but I am still unable to urinate. I have been drinking plenty of water but I don t even have the urge to urinate, also I am constipated, and if I do eat anything, I get nauseated.
