Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I crawl around a lot with my toddlers. Recently my left knee has been warmer than the other, pain when kneeling on it (to the point where I can no longer crawl) & there maybe a knot of some type under the skin because it feels differently (both knees look the same). What can I do for it?
You can take NSAID like Advil. It will relieve the pain and inflammation. Do apply crepe bandage and don't subject the knee to any strain and keep the joint at maximum possible rest. Continuous kneeling would be causing a consistent trauma to the joint.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
