Suggest Treatment For Pain, Yellow Spots And Skin Peeling Under Eyes

I had minor scaring under my my eyes due to using a derma roller, after 6 months I went to a salon and they put me on the avst rang vitamin a after some redness my skin started to tolerate it then the salon recommend a derma roller it was medical grad so they said it would not damage the skin and it s purpose was for topical creams to penetrate deeper, this could not be further from the truth in between using the roller my skin peeled mainly under the eyes I phoned them they told me to give it a rest the than try again the peeling got worse I stopped using the roller I phoned the iiaa who dispatch the products environ and they said to carry on using the products my skin got worse and very sore I had to stop using the cream my skin has new scaring and I can not go out in the sun due to pain my skin is very flat with tiny yellow spots under the eyes and small spots on the scars which are tiny but painful hydrocortisone cream is not helping please what is happening to my skin and why is it so flat it looks like I have lost fat or colagene I m very devorstate over this
