Suggest Treatment For Painful And Incomplete Urination

I have as if i was nervous or had to pee, but i go to the restroom and only pee a little while the pain (most accurately the uncomfortability) still remains. This is the second and I jut realized i havent poop since 2 or 3 days ago. I drank a special tea yesterday and the "pain" went away and I was peeing regularly, but today its the same and i can't poop! What should I do? Is this serious or common?
