Suggest Treatment For Painful And Swollen Breasts

I m 43 yr old woman experiencing extremely painful enlarged swollen breast and want to know some solutions to this problem that is present 3/4 of the month I have exercised cut down on sugars and drink plenty of water without any relief Any advice?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to mastitis, breast abscess, hormonal imbalance, and any fibrocystic disease with infection.
I would suggest to consult the general surgeon and undergo breast examination. blood tests like CBC, ESR and USG scan.
Specific treatment will depend on the test result.
Take following advises:
Tablet augmentin for 5 days
Tablet ibuprofen plus sertiopeptidase
Apply warm pad application
Wear padded supportive bra
Gentle massage with prime rose oil.
