Suggest Treatment For Painful Blister On Buttock

I have a blister on my buttock that s very painful. I noticed it while bathing. It popped and now its a painful soar with a scalp on it. I m not sexually active with other people just my husband. I ve read that it can come from stress and lately I ve been under a lot of it. Can you give me some advice on what to do about it.

Hello,

A blister in the buttock area is very likely due to folliculitis, hair follicle infection. You can apply some wet warm compresses (be cautious not to cause burning) and antibiotic cream 2-3 times in the area to help with the symptoms.
Also, try to not press the blister further.
If the blister is not better in 3-4 days or is any worse, you will need to have it checked with your doctor.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
