Suggest Treatment For Painful Boils Between Buttocks

I have what I think is a boil on top of my butt crack. It extremely painful and cannot sit on it. The weird thing is it feels like its on both cheeks but does not connect to one another. It feels like 2 separate boils on each cheek but cannot tell since it hurts also in middle of crack. I ve had it for a little over 2 weeks and keeps getting worse. Please help and thanks in advance.

For boils between buttocks you have to take some antibiotic like cap ampoxin 500 mg three times daily or tab droxyl 500 mg twice daily after meals with tab ibugesic-plus or tab combiflam three times daily after meals for pain and inflammation with cap omez or cap pantop twice daily empty stomach. If boils persist even after conservative management than you have to go for incision and drainage under strict aseptic precautions.
