Suggest Treatment For Painful Bump Near Anus After Laser Hair Removal

Hi.... i got laser hair removal on my anus a couple weeks ago n after it hurt while I did my bowl. Soon after I noticed a bump in the same area where the pain was coming from. Its a big bump... does hurt now but I am concerned its still there...... will it go away?
