Suggest Treatment For Painful Bump On Kneecap

I went to hope cause my knee hurts and can barely bend it My knee doesn t hurt all over the place just the Little bump I have next to my kneecap when I put pressure hurts when I try to bend my knee hurts I can stand on it or I could sit down with my leg straight it doesn t hurt but to bend my knee or push pressure on the bump that when it hurts. I did MRI, x-rays and hope couldn t see anything they said it was arthritis but it s not. I exercise for a little bit put it seems like it travels one place to another in but in the same area. I mean I could bend my knee but on top of my knee hurts for 3 days. then it starts hurts on the side but still can bend my knee for 4 days but when the thing what ever it is go s in front of my knee below of my kneecap that s when I started to not been my knee. I can t now even have a normal day. I don t have money for your answers sorry bye

As per my clinical experience, the tender bump on knee cap may be from various possible issues as:
- Infected sebaceous cyst
- Tendinitis
- Bursitis
- Outgrowth from bony surface as osteoma
- Post traumatic hematoma
- Calcification issues
- Others
