I have small painful bumps on my penis near the urethra and on and under my foreskin that look like little round pimples with a white tint to some of them but a few are just red. It started as a rash and then the rash went away and turned into these bumps. I haven t had sex with anyone but my girlfriend of 6months and she is not experiencing anything out of the ordinary like this. My lymph nodes are also swollen near my groin and extremely painful and tender. Do you have any idea what I might have?
