I have a painful crusty scab the size of a quarter on my scalp. It started as a bump like an ingrown hair so I squeezed it for a couple days. Now it is yellowis, green scab oozing clear fluid and blood comes out of it as well. I don t remember being bitten by anything and there is no isolated sore but it seems to have grown
