General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is suggestive of lymphatic filariasis. Based on the history, you seem to be suffering from lymphatic filariasis which impairs the lymphatic system and can lead to the abnormal swelling of body parts such as genitals causing pain and hydrocele. It is a parasitic disease transmitted to humans through mosquitoes but not a start of a cancer. Continue taking the treatment as prescribed by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
