Suggest Treatment For Painful Dent In My Left Wrist
I have a dent in my left wrist, it hurts when I m trying to hold myself up (push up position for instance) I went to a hand specialist and nothing was broken and everything was intact (so they say) but they gave me a brace . I used to be able to do push ups but now I can t even hold myself up
