Okay so I masturbate alot. One day after I started getting a pain in my epididymis. It slowly got worse until it was extremely bad I couldn t take it. Then it slowly got less and less. The slight pains stayed for a while so I went to the doctor and he said I had epididymitis. Only been with 1 girl she s only been with me so he didn t think std and just said aleve and ice will do the trick. It s been 2 weeks still masturbate still have the pains. Is it from that? What should I do? Could it be bacteria? It also started to hurt in my other epididymis Now too. I don t know what to do.
Epididymitis is inflammation of epididymis due to infection. I suggest you to get an urine culture since the infectious agent is likely to be isolated in urine culture. Drug sensitivity will determine the causative agent and most appropriate antibiotic effective against the bacteria.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
