Hi, Welcome to healhcaremagic. After going through your query I concluded that you have gout and you had acute attack of gout. You are satisfied with analgesic effort of diclofenac in acute attack of gout but you want to know the drug to reduce uric acid level so that acute attack of gout become less frequent. I think such drug is fabuxostat. You can take this continuously to mentain the uric acid level. You should take less proteins in diet to reduce the level of uric acid. You can discuss with your doctor about it. I think your query get answered. If you have additional questions and query then please don't hesitate to writing to us. I will be happy to help you.
