Hello and welcome to HCM,
Hemorrhoids are managed according to the clinical state.
Initially when hemorrhoids prolapse only after straining and there is little bleeding, badjing is sufficient.
However, when the hemorrhoids are prolapsed and there is continous bleeding, surgery needs to be done.
Hemorrhoids may be associated with
chronic blood loss and thus anemia.
Associated anemia can lead to symptoms of fatigue and
tiredness.
Prostatic inflammation is usually accompanied by
urinary tract infection.
Routine examination of urine is required.
In case there is evidence of infection in the urinary tract, culture studies may be required.
Besides
ultrasound of the
prostate may further help to determine the pathology in the prostate.
Treatment can be planned after relevant investigations.
Thanks and take care
