Suggest Treatment For Painful Hemorrhoids And Constipation
Typically my baseline vitals are on lower end. BP 104/67-72 heart rate with in normal range temp 34 deg C. Past 4 months pitting edema 4+ bilaterally mainly above knee to toes. - worst entire biody. Regular internatl hemeroids that cause painful constipation stabbing pain and pressure in RLQ. Has radiated to lower back. BP 133-143/ 98-112?with HR 115-123. Was dismissed at ER. Unable to see family physician Dr seemed indifferent as BP was good in the office. My heart rate fluctuate at resting 93- 117 on average day. I m a 44 yo Female, endometriosis 3 cesarian live birth Heart disease mothers side her mom unexpected died from MI at 49 years I have low iron sometimes anemic 300 mg ferris glutinate tid. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below:
1) For pitting edema do [Blood DC, ECG & ECHO, RF test]
2) For constipation take a laxative at night [Cremaffin plus] and do TSH test
3) For hemorrhoids do laser surgical treatment if conservative treatment fails or pain and bleeding is severe
