Hi, I have gone through your question.
I would like to suggest,
1) Warm sitz bath - soak anal area for 15-20 mins in warm water to reduce inflammation and pain
2) Ice pad application on anal area
3) You can use simple pain killers like paracetamol, tramadol, aspirin ibuprofen
4) Many local application cream are available in market which will help in reducing pain
These home remedies are very helpful, but I will suggest you consult colorectal surgeon to access if any surgical treatment is required.
I find this answer helpful
