Suggest Treatment For Painful Inflamed Tonsils And Difficulty In Swallowing
Through the use of a downloaded application for doctors, can a doctor diagnoise and prescribe antibiotics for strep throat? My tonsils are quite inflamed, have white marks covering them and as of this morning they have been oozing pus throughout the day It is extremely painful to swallow and the lymph nodes in my neck are very tender to the slighest touch. I have also been running a slight fever (99.8-101.7) for the last 3 days, have been experiencing uncomfortable lower abdominal cramping, heightened muscle pains and some nausea that comes on waves. Your symptoms seem to be related to tonsillitis. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest using throat spray for antibacterial properties. If the symptoms continue, I suggest using a cycle of antibiotics such as Augmentin twice a day for a week.
