Suggest Treatment For Painful Ingrown Hair And Red Pimples

Hello and thank you for taking my question, My symptoms I m concerned about started out as bumps on the skin, similar to ingrown hairs or pimples under rye skin, but a little bit more pain associated with them, one in particular. Thinking as if it were an ingrown hair, or a pimple, I admit tingly started fooling with it somewhat. That is when the first noticeable one which was located on the left side of my neck seemed to rupture I guess you could say and began draining itself of clear, oily like fluid. A half dozen or so of these bumps appeared, one on my neck, one under my right eye, and the remaining balance on my forehead. All started with swelling, became red and hot, only the one drained itself of fluid. The others seemed to become red, then the center was like a small red blister, best way I could describe it is that they looked like a small nipple, than a white area around that, around 10 mm or so, and then red around that. This started on Sunday, looked like bad bites, now that the irritation has settle and they ve dried out, they now I guess are what you would call ulcers, scabbed over sores ranging in size from about 4 mm to 12 mm. I have no fever, the are no longer draining any fluid out, swelling has reduced to minimal, and have become dry with a little discoloration. When the originated I should say due to the one located under my right I, that my eye almost did close due to the swelling. So doc, what are your thoughts.
