Suggest Treatment For Painful Itchy Rashes On The Body

I developed a rash overnight on my right side. It is itching and is tender with some pain. I have been sleeping with a heating pad forb3 nights for gas on the same side that the rash developed. How can I tell if the rash was caused by the heating pad or do I have shingles?

As per your history is concerned you have skin rash and rash has many causes so before proceeding deeply first do a full blood count with differential.This will ruled out most common pathology and also do a stool exam.Thanks
