I also had high LDL and high VLDL with low HDL but I had crestor for a while and levels reached normal ranges .the question is do I have to intake crestor for the long of my life ??as my doctor said that the lipids level will return abnormal if I stopped the medication .
As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
