Suggest Treatment For Painful Large Pimples On The Face
My friend who had pimples on his face used my trimmer once and then after I used it, I also started to have on my face. I am not sure if they are pimples or something else. They are some hard swollen areas on face(even under the beard). The area around that swollen area also pains too much. If one disappears, then, another one pops out. Please help.

Hi!! I have gone through your history and according to me you are not having acne or pimples as it is not contagious. Your history points towards the diagnosis of viral infection which is most likely warts and less likely molluscum infection as both can be contracted by sharing of trimmer. I would recommend you to to send me your pictures for proper diagnosis so that appropriate treatment can be started accordingly.
