Hi I have been Feeling unwell for a few months , my neck is always sore and I feel like I have a lump in my neck when swallowing anything, today my neck on right side base is so sore I can t touch there is a lump there which hurts to touch n feels like its burning

Regarding your experience of a painful lump and soreness around the base side of your neck that is worse when swallowing I am suggesting that you have developed a condition called acute pharyngitis
In view of this please do a throat swab test and take the following
Tablet nurofen
Tablet cerebrex
Tablet multivitamin
