Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump And Swelling On Clitoris

My clitoris hood is swollen with a little lump on the right side is extremely painful like someone has punched me and itches a little. No where else is swollen. I am also experiencing upset stomach and stomach cramps - what can I do and do you think they are linked?

I really appreciate your concern, chances of some infection need to be ruled out and if found then it need to be managed accordingly second it can be just inflammatory condition and it can be managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" and this is nothing to worry, local "Povidone Iodine" can be used, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
