Hello dear user, thanks for consulting Healthcaremagic and sharing your concerns, I think it could be Hidradenitis that's an inflammation of sweat glands, the common treatment is antibiotics and some ( OTC ) anti-inflammatory/pain killers 2-3 times a day such as Ibuprofen, I recommend you apply cold compresses 3-4 times/day per 20-30 minutes and when you get better try this tips and don't get a chronic condition: use a light deodorant ( not the greasy one) wash your armpits 2-3 times a day ( you can use wipes) and wear fresh clothes( not nylons or synthetic fibers) doing this you avoid the future obstruction in the glands ducts. I hope that my advice has been helpful, take care Wishing you a good health Dr Tania Portelles-Driggs
