Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump In The Anus

I have what may be clogged anal glands. On the outside of the anal area I have lumps that when pinched express a white zit like substance. They are moderately painful as they enlarge but mostly just a little uncomfortable. Can you tell me what this is and how to prevent it?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What painful lump you are complaining of in the anus appears to be hemorrhoids.
You need to be examined by Surgeon by means of per rectal examination for confirmation clinically. Since it seems to be enlarged and painful, conservative treatment might not be useful at this stage and hence you need to opt for cryosurgery.
This would ensure cure for it permanently.
Kindly consult Surgeon in this regard for proper evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
