Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump Like Growth Under Chin

what is this - a cyst feeling thing that is freely moveable that is pea sized but in a day or 2 may become enlarged to a grape sized thing that is painful. it is under the chin. it was opened up by the PMD who found that it was a hematoma with tentacle type things, so he didn t want to remove it.

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the hematoma then it ought to be removed, at least need to be sent for biopsy, hope this information helps, take care.
