Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump On The Left Hip

Hi for about 3 weeks I ve had this lump above my left hip it feels like a cord or something inside I get pain on and off when standing moving bending but the swelling goes away lying or sitting I get pain right along my waistline at the back to top of my other hip I have had blood tests normal and a ultrasound normal

Based on the history you have shared, if ultrasound and blood tests were normal, a biopsy may be needed which can help to exactly formulate the diagnosis, meanwhile, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful for symptomatic relief.
