Hello Welcome to HCM. I have read your question and i understand your concerns.
If i were your treating physician i would have done tests for H pylori and an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy to look for any ulcer or gastritis.for ulcer i would have prescribed antiobitics such as klarithromycin 500,amoxicillin 500mg and metronidazole 400mg with a proton pump inhibitor ie lansoprazole 30mg.
For cramps i would have prescribe nospa 40 mg. I would also like to know that does these cramps occur before onset of menstrual cycle..??are they associated with pain and breast tenderness..??is there any history of anxiety or agitation or depression during these episodes..these questions are to rule out premenstrual syndrome and premenstrual dysmorphic disorders.
I would suggest you to meet gastroenterologist and a gynaecologist.
Thanks. Hope the answer is helpful. Further questions will be apreciated. Regards
