Suggest Treatment For Severe Menstrual Cramps And Depression
I have been experiencing pain like menstrual cramps for several days now, but I am in menopause and have no bleeding. I also feel nauseated at times and it feels worse after I eat. I am taking 20mg of Trintellix for depression and noticed that one possible side effect according to the package insert is stomach ulcer. Could this be what I am experiencing?

Suggest Treatment For Severe Menstrual Cramps And Depression
Hello, As a first line management you can take drugs like mefenamic acid for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
