i am 35 years old unmarried women. my problem is i am suffering from severe menstural cramp since 1 1/2 years now the pain is increasing every month i couldnot tolerate now and from 5 months i used to have menses twice in a month. i did ultrsound and my result is mildly bulky uterus with endromedium thickness 14mm. my utersus measurement is 87x55x49 mm. so doctor advised me to take 1 tablet premence capsule and 1 tablet from wyeth company for 21 days.now my period stopped for the first time my actual date for period is 1st july
