Suggest Treatment For Painful, Numb And Cold Feet

Hi I am a 58 year old man and I played rinning back in HS college and for a while after college. I still can run 4 miles 5 times a week and feel fine while running, I have had 4 vertebrae fused in my neck 8 years ago. I now have numbness in my feet and they are freezing cold all the time. The doctors looked at my MRI and said It look ok and I had a EMG and they said I have some type of small fiber neuropathy and my many blood test came out normal what should I do the doctors told me to come back in 6 months but i can t sleep at night my feet hurt alot and it is getting worse. Thank You
