Suggest Treatment For Painful Periods And Deranged Thyroid Levels

30 years old, 132 lbs (20 lbs heavier than usual from steroids to treat calcified granulomas in lungs in May). History of spinal fusion for Scoliosis in 1994 (just had facet injections for severe pain, found my back was full of arthritis during procedure). Have ridiculously painful periods (told most likely endomitrosis, but need surgery to confirm). Told Thyroid levels are off and to repeat next month, hair seems to be falling out, irregular heartbeat treated by beta blocker for last 6 years. Been told by a Neurologist that I probably have some kind of syndrome as I also have even more health issues that I have mentioned. Just don't know what kind of doctor willing to tie everything together and help me. Tired of seeing specialist after specialist, and each one only treating their speciality and no one taking the time to get to the bottom of everything. Any advice would be so greatly appreciated! Thank you!
